Pamela Silin-Palmer
Pamela Silin-Palmer created the Faunus Studio of Decorative Art in 1975 with Karen Kariya in Berkeley California. Each designed and painted her own pieces of fantasy furniture, murals, screens and installation pieces. The collection of objects on view on these pages are just some of the many custom pieces Pamela designed, had built, and painted, herself, between the years of 1975 and 2005. All are registered exclusive copyrights owned by Pamela. The Faunus Studio was represented in the high end of the wholesale design business for many years in all the major American cities by the following showrooms:
- Kneedler-Fauchere: Beverley Hills, San Francisco, Denver, and Seattle
- Callard and Osgood: Chicago
- Vivian Watson: Dallas
- David Barrett, New York City
The Faunus Studio was recognized by Architectural Digest in 1991 as one of the seven top studios of decorative art in the West Coast of the United States.
